Delays

📦 Mail Delays Due to Canada Post Strike 🚨

UPDATED as of November 15, 2024

Our primary mail carrier, Canada Post, has gone on strike as of Friday, November 15, 2024.

What Does This Mean for You?

Customers with shipments currently in transit - Expect delays.
Canada Post has assured us that they are working diligently to resolve the labor dispute, as they understand the importance of their services. Once the strike is resolved, operations will resume, and your parcels will be delivered.

For new shipments in Canada, USA and other internation countries - Expect delays.
We partner with Chit Chats, a 100% Canadian-owned service operating since 2001, which collaborates with carriers like Intelcom, USPS, Ascendia, and other third-party providers. Additionally, we use UPS (Canada only). While there will be no service interruptions, delays are expected due to increased volume as businesses shift to alternative carriers and adapting our processes to work within their logistics network.

For Untracked Mail (Canada Only) - Expect delays.
We will continue using Canada Post for untracked mail, but delays are unavoidable. As a precaution, this option has been temporarily removed for most items. Once the strike is resolved, we will reinstate this shipping option.

For more remote areas in Canada

In some cases, Canada Post may be the only available shipping option. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss alternatives.  Having to corresponde together will cause delays.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will share further updates as needed. Canada Post has reiterated its commitment to resolving the labor dispute quickly to minimize disruption.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss shipping options for your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
